Who we are

What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the name, email address, partner's name, estimated wedding date, preferred location and message you choose to share, plus an anonymous, non-reversible fingerprint of your connection used only to prevent automated spam.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to reply to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal for your wedding, and to send the service emails connected to your request or your studio account (confirmations, login links, password resets). We never sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Technical logs used for spam protection are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing, at any time. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Account & authentication emails
Emails such as confirmation links, login links, password resets and verification codes are service messages required to operate your studio access. Requests for these emails are rate limited to protect your inbox.
